TIP: Sparkling sugar is coarse with a crystal similar to raw turbinado sugar. It's larger than sanding sugar and is often sprinkled on top of sugar cookies, muffins and sweet breads before baking to give a sparkly detail and crunch. It will not melt when baked.

Our sprinkles are sold by measure, not weight. 

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, FD&C Yellow #5 and Blue #1, Carnauba Wax, Confectioner's Glaze.

STORING YOUR SPRINKLES: It is best to keep sprinkles stored in a cool dry place out of sunlight. Light can cause some styles of sprinkles to fade. Sprinkles generally have a 1- 2 year "best by" time frame. And as sugar does not support bacterial growth, it rarely goes bad. Keep tightly sealed to prevent clumps that can occur with moisture.
