Important Details

  • Reach out before purchasing if you have questions or a deadline.

  • All sales are final. Cancellation requests incur processing fees.

  • Clearance Note: Discounted/pre-packaged items may be past "best buy" dates. These are not expiration dates. No refunds for items past best buy date.

  • We are finding inventory we forgot to add to our shop! Check out our NEW section for anything that has been added recently.

Shop Announcement

After nearly 16 years, Sprinkle Bee Sweet may close by year’s end or when stock runs out.

We’re still processing and shipping orders as usual and plan to do so until the time comes to close our virtual doors. 

No restock—when items sell out, they’re gone. Take advantage of sale prices (up to 90% off).


Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time:

    • Most orders: on average ship in 2-5 business days (fluctuates depending on order volume)

    • Orders with many sprinkles, edible toppers, or fondant roses: 2-7+ business days

    • Large/wholesale sprinkle orders: up to 2+ weeks
      *Times are estimates and may vary on quantity ordered. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering.


  • Shipping:

    • USPS picks up orders a few times per week

    • You’ll receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is packed---look in your junk/promotions folder if you don't see it

    • Large/bulky orders of baking cups, to-go coffee cups and bulk items (10+ packs of My Mind's Eye baking cups) may require extra shipping fees; we’ll reach out and let you know of any additional shipping needed 


  • Delivery times:
    All orders have processing time before shipping. Estimated delivery at checkout is shipping only (is not accurate from USPS) and does not include order processing. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for any carrier (USPS/UPS).


  • Shipping carrier details: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Most orders ship via USPS. If you've had delivery issues with USPS in the past, please leave a note at checkout requesting UPS shipping—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note, choosing UPS may result in a longer processing time.


  • We work hard to get your order out promptly, but shipping delays with USPS and UPS are beyond our control. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only—we cannot guarantee that all deadlines will be met. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please contact us before placing your order. Ordering early is the best way to ensure timely delivery.

    Once your package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

    If you experience a delivery issue:

    • Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number.

    • Ask them to check GPS delivery records and speak directly to your delivery person—this often helps resolve misdeliveries.

    • If your post office cannot assist, please reach out to us and we’ll file a claim on your behalf.

    Please note, investigations by USPS can take time, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.


Communication

  • Order confirmation and shipping notice:

    • You will be emailed to the email address listed on your order – check your junk/spam folders!

    • Please double-check that your email and shipping address at checkout is correct

    • Provide your phone number (US customers) as backup; we will text only if emails bounce or have urgent questions


  • Customer Service:

    • Email replies in 1-2 business days (weekdays only)

    • No responses on weekends/holidays/Mondays

    • If you don’t hear back in 3 days, resend your email and check your junk/spam folder as our reply to you may have ended up there

    • No replies to rude messages; kindness matters


International Customers

  • We do not ship to the EU due to regulations enforced to ship there. Our main shipping carrier, USPS may not ship to some countries; if and when that may be the case we’ll notify you if your address can’t be served.


  • We are not responsible for duties or taxes imposed on packages being delivered to international countries. We are not responsible for lost or rejected international shipments.
