We kindly as all customers to read Sprinkle Bee Sweet's Shop Update Page & Terms and Conditions page before placing an order in our shop, to checkout you have to agree to having read these pages. 

Below you'll find our most important details about processing and shipping times. 

STORE CLOSING: We announced in our newsletter on 3/30/2025 that after nearly 15 years in business we sadly are closing our online doors in the coming few months or so. Sign up for our newsletter as that is the place we are sharing the most details and providing updates. Now is the time to shop our HUGE sales with savings up to 84% off. Many items are marked down to cost and below. Stock will become increasingly limited so don't wait to make an order if you've been eyeing something. 

PROCESSING TIMES ON ORDERS IS LONGER DUE TO THE INFLUX OF ORDERS SINCE OUR CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT. WE ARE A SMALL TEAM OF 2 AND ASK FOR YOUR PATIENCE WHILE WE PREPARE ORDERS FOR SHIPPING, WE'RE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN. LARGER ORDERS AND ORDERS WITH SPRINKLES TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITH TRACKING ON THE DAY YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PACKED. USPS PICKS UP ORDERS A FEW TIMES A WEEK. 

NOTE: IF YOU ORDER LOTS OF BULKY ITEMS (MORE THAN 10 PACKS OF BAKING CUPS, COFFEE CUPS, ECT.) SHIPPING MAY COST MORE THAN WHAT IS CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT IF WE HAVE TO SHIP IN MULTIPLE BOXES. WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU IF ADDITIONAL FUNDS ARE DUE TO SHIP. 

WE WILL BE WORKING AS USUAL FOR WHAT WE ESTIMATE THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. WHEN WE CLOSE DEPENDS ON A FEW FACTORS WITH THE MAIN ONE BEING WHEN INVENTORY SELLS THROUGH.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ANY REQUEST TO CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED WILL BE SUBJECT TO PROCESSING FEES BEING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE MOSTLY SHIP WITH USPS. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES GETTING DELIVERIES BY THEM LEAVE A NOTE AT CHECKOUT THAT YOU PREFER UPS SHIPPING AND WE'LL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO.  PROCESSING TIME WILL BE LONGER WITH UPS.

SHIPPING INFO - KEEP IN MIND: We have no control over shipping delays with our carriers (USPS & UPS). We cannot guarantee any delivery time frame and may not be able to meet all deadlines you may list on an order. It is best to contact us before ordering if you are on a specific deadline. Please order early to account for processing and shipping times. Once your package is turned over to the shipping carrier the liability becomes theirs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a delivery issue happens you will need to contact your local USPS post office, provide your tracking number and ask them to talk to your delivery person and to check the GPS tracking on when and where they delivered your package. This can help solve if a package was misdelivered to your neighbor by mistake. Shipping issues don't happen often, but if they do the steps above should help you get the assistance needed. If your local post office can't/won't help after doing the above, then reach out to us so we can file a claim. This is an unfortunate process that takes time for USPS to investigate, and we ask for your patience while they look into things.

PROCESSING TIME: How soon will I get my order? Most orders without sprinkles, edible sugar toppers or fondant roses may ship in 3-7 business days. Orders with any of those mentioned items may have a 5-14+ business day processing time. Large orders with sprinkles and/or wholesale-bulk sprinkles can have a 2+ week processing time depending on what is ordered and stock arrivals. Processing times are ESTIMATES ONLY and can fluctuate depending on our current order volume. We process as fast as we can however during high order volume times there will be extra processing time. If you are unsure if you will get an order in time, it is your responsibility to send us a note sharing your deadline and to ask if we can meet it BEFORE ORDERING. Please do not make assumptions on our processing and shipping time frames as they can vary.

If you place an order and then reach out to cancel it there will be a cancellation fee to cover processing charges that we incur when you make an order.

    DELIVERY TIME FRAMES: I picked faster shipping at checkout; will I get my order fast? That depends on a variety of factors. All orders have processing time before they ship. The estimated shipping times shown at checkout DO NOT include our current processing time and the days listed are NOT accurately stated by USPS (we can't change the time frames they show, sorry we tried). Even if you select priority or express there will still be processing time before we're able to ship and that time frame varies depending on what is ordered. Ground shipping is slower. We can not guarantee any time frames for delivery any of our carriers. If you are on a deadline you must contact us BEFORE ordering to see if we can get your order processed quickly and shipped.


    WHEN WILL HEAR FROM YOU ABOUT MY ORDER? After you order you'll receive an emailed receipt immediately. Please check your spam-junk folder as they can get filtered there. Unless we have a question on your order you will not hear from us until you are emailed your shipping confirmation containing your tracking #. REMEBER, CHECK YOUR JUNK-SPAM FOLDER.

    HELLO, IS ANYONE THERE? I emailed you but haven't heard back? Email inquiries are generally responded to within 1-2 business days. If you have not heard back within 3 days, please send another email. Also check your junk-spam folders as our replies can often get filtered there. We do not respond to inquiries on weekends, holidays and most Monday's. We reserve the right to refrain from responding to rude notes. Kindness matters and we're happy to help where/when we can.

    WHAT IF I AM ORDERING MANY ITEMS? If you have ordered many items, it may take more than 1 box to ship. If that is the case once we pack your order, we will reach out to you and email you an invoice for the additional funds due. Your order will be placed on hold until payment is received. 

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: USPS is not shipping to some countries at this time. If we cannot get your shipping address accepted to print a shipping label we will contact you to let you know that your order will have to be canceled. We have no control and are not responsible if your country rejects your package. If for some reason your package is returned to us we will contact you and refund your order, less the shipping as that is non-refundable. International shipments to some countries can have longer transit times. Once your package has shipped it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

        IF YOU'VE PLACED AN ORDER: Please make sure you check your junk-spam folder for your order confirmation and shipping notice. We're getting notes from customers stating they are not getting our emails. They may be blocked or filtered to your junk-spam folders due to your email settings OR you may have entered your email address wrong. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE EMAIL AND SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU ENTER AT CHECKOUT. If we respond to you and the email bounces back to us we have no way to contact you. Providing your phone # at checkout allows us to send a text reply if this happens (for US customers). We will not call or share your phone #, it is just a back up way to reach you if you enter your email address wrong on your order or it bounces back due to your email spam filters.
