Use Minc Halloween treat bags to pack up small cookies or candies. To add the color to the bags you must use them in a Minc machine foil applicator and foil. The bags are black and have the areas to create the design on them already. Just add the foil color you want and use in your machine to create the fun designs or leave them as is and decorate with twine and a gift tag
