CAVITY SIZE: 2 1/8" x 1" deep
INFO: Working temps -60 to +240° C. Durable and safe for freezer, oven and microwave. Features non-stick and easy to release from the mold.
TIP FOR USE: coat the inside of the mold with chocolate, allow to set and then add a mousse and round of cake or brownie. Seal the bottom with more chocolate and allow to set.
NOTE: Hand wash only in hot soapy water and dry well before using. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Do not use sharp utensils, use under a broiler, on a hot plate or near an open flame. If you are baking with this mold, spray lightly with non stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet to keep it level and to ease removal from the oven. These molds are made of food grade silicone.
