Jimmies are a softer sugar strand style sprinkle and this mix has a pretty shimmer to them. Fun sprinkle fact, in Maine and northern New England these sprinkles are referred to these as “jimmies”, but in other areas of the United States people simply call them sprinkles! INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Corn Starch, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (cottonseed and/or soybean oil), and/or Vegetable Oil (palm kernel and/or palm oil), Cocoa (processed with alkali), Rice Flour, Food Starch- Modified, Dextrin, Soy Lecithin, Dextrose, Flaked Corn, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Artificial Colors (yellow 5 lake, red 40, yellow 6, yellow 5, red 3), Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 60, Confectioner's Glaze, Carnauba Wax, Cellulose Gum, Carrageenan, Gum Tragacanth, Gum Arabic, Salt, Xanthan Gum. *Contains: Soy Ingredients, mica based pearlescent pigments.

STORING YOUR SPRINKLES: It is best to keep sprinkles stored in a cool dry place out of sunlight. Light can cause some styles of sprinkles to fade. Sprinkles generally have a 1- 2 year "best by" time frame.
