Use LorAnn Creme de Menthe Flavor for making hard candies, chocolates, caramel popcorn, cookies and more. Flavoring oils can also be used in frosting in the place of traditional extracts. They are 3-4 times stronger than traditional water or alcohol based extracts, so this tiny bottle goes a long way!\

COUNT: two bottles (soft mint flavor that pairs especially well with chocolate)

SIZE: 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon,  .125 fl oz / 3.7ml

SUBSTITUTION: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons flavor oil = 1 teaspoon extract

NOTE: Creme de Menthe is suitable for use in chocolate and candy coating, use 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon per pound.
