No Bake Brownie Sundaes + Ice Cream Round Up
Our no bake brownie sundaes are fun sweet treat to make! We'll show you how to put them together plus share some creative projects made using our new exclusive party pastel rainbow ice cream cups! We partnered with some fabulous bloggers and sweet makers to see how they would use our ice cream cups. They showed us some great ways to use them beyond just for ice cream!
This fun no bake dessert is a blast to put together. It would make for a sweet project to do with kids of all ages at a birthday party...a make and take dessert! You can get as crazy with the decorating and candies as you want. The more the better! These would even make the perfect cake topper too!
Step 1: Cut store bought or homemade brownies to fit the inside of the ice cream cups. Make some fun mini candy bar chocolates in the colors of your choice. Once set drizzle with chocolate and add pretty nonpareils.
Step 2: Drizzle waffle cone cookies with melted chocolate and add micro marshmallows or your favorite sundae toppings before the chocolate sets. For a bit of color splatter them with edible art paint.
Step 3: Paint some of your favorite chocolates with TruColor edible paint powders to make them go from ordinary to extraordinary!
Step 4: Start layering all of the candy pieces, cookies and toppings on the top of your brownie using hot fudge sauce or caramel as the "glue" to help things stick. Tip, do not heat up your hot fudge sauce or caramel or they may melt some of your toppings.
Step 5: To take these to the next level for a party or for use as a cake topper you can add a Mini Rice Krispies Ice Cream Cone and a decorated ice cream cone chocolate to the top! The more you add the more fun it becomes and all the toppings help keep everything in place. These would be amazing for a build your own sundae party, both as the edible decoration on top of a party cake or to make and enjoy!
